The project involves the use of databases on the dynamics of urban development, as well as the size of their green areas, which, in combination with the natural components of the landscape, artificial engineering structures and residential buildings, form the architectural face of cities.
The objectives of the project are:
- to identify the main trends of urban development with the help of the analyzed data;
- to investigate the main factors influencing the growth of large cities over the last ten years;
- to juxtapose the size of the green zones in relation to the artificial components of the landscape for further manifestation of their changes;
- to formulate scientific conclusions and basic recommendations for optimal development of large cities.
